This is a wall that is in our back yard that all I can think of is growing Ivy over. However I have heard some bad things about Ivy and that it ruins the wall it climbs on, I dont like the wall, but I think it is probably the foundation of my neighbors garage.

Is there dirt in the top? You could plant flox or another fype of creeping flower to fall over the top?
